TAKE PART IN THE SECOND GO-KART RACE OF SARDINIA SYMPOSIUM!
Following the enthusiastic success of the first edition organised in 2021, we are glad to announce the2nd Go Kart Race of the Sardinia Symposium!
The activity will take place on a 500 m circuit located within the Leisureland Area of the Forte Village Resort. The race consists of a qualifying session, a semi-final and a final session.
The sessions will be scheduled based on the total number of participants and the number of teams identified. Seats are limited! Book your place in advance by filling the social events-booking form.
The cost for participating in the tournament is € 50 + VAT 22%. The reservation is deemed valid only after receiving the payment.
Both delegates and accompanying persons can take part in the race.
The lap time will be calculated automatically by the telemetry system (each kart is equipped with a GPS chip) at the end of each lap we will have the automatic projection and the partial times (speed and lap time), all participants and the public will be able to see in real time the progress of the race on a led monitor located just in front of the stands on the finish line.
At the end of each session, the winners will pass the round to the semifinal session and then, following a further selection, the session winners will pass the round to compete in the final session. The number of laps or the time per session will be defined based on the number of participants.
Before each session, the pilots must fill in a disclaimer that they have to consign to the registration desk; after this and before the start of the race, a technical briefing will be carried out by the technical staff of the track.
All drivers must wear a helmet (provided free of charge by the track staff), shoes and comfortable clothing.
During the race, they must comply with the flags and the race regulations as well as the safety rules and signals indicated by the technical staff positioned along the entire track. In case of dangerous driving or not respecting the rules, they will be stopped with consequently penalty or exclusion from the race.
At the end of the race, there will be a podium where the winner will be announced and a prize ceremony with national anthem and prosecco!
